«Cats» Is Recruiting

Greetings, fellow Sargatanians. I am Mireille, co-leader of Moonlit Black Cats: «Cats». We are looking for members to join our family!

History:
We established ourselves during April of 2016. For the longest time, we did not actively recruit, because we are too shy. That is, until December of 2016 where we began actively trying to grow. We found many players and were very active during the Christmas season, but alas, that did not last, as many became inactive after the holiday season. The departure of a dozen members during the spring season did not help matters. As we stand right now, we are but a handful of active members.

Information:
We have a medium house in Mist (12-34), two airships, and questionable taste in decoration. We have plans to make the carbuncle house because it's the closest thing to a cat. We also have a Demon Wall on the top floor, which is definitely a relevant piece of information.

We are built on two base principles:
-We are a family friendly-oriented free company. As such, discussion within the free company chat should be void of NSFW talk and content, and members should be nice to each other. We wish to promote a positive environment to all members.
-We desire for all members to be helpful to one another, as well as to other people. Of course it is okay to do one's own things, but it is also nice to be helpful to others in need. There is no obligation to help others, and no pressure to do so either, but it's nice to help each other when available. This extends outside of the free company boundaries as well. Again, no obligation, and no pressure.

More information:
-We open veteran and newcomers alike. It would be our pleasure to give assistance to any newer player, in particular, and guide them through.
-We do *not* have company-related content outside of the game. No website, no Discord channel, etc. This is a design choice: we desire our members to interact in and within the game, and avoid cliques. We wish for all members to feel like family.
-We do not kick people out of the company for inactivity. If a member becomes inactive, even for months at a time, they will still find themselves with us the next time they log back in. So there is no fear to be had if you won't play for an extended period of time. However, this also bloats our numbers, and we may look more active than we really are if you only look at the amount of members we have.
-We do not do hardcore raiding. Our company is laid back, casual. You will not find high tier content with us, alas. But that doesn't mean our members cannot participate in that content, of course!
-We are aware that we are a small company, and we may not be able to provide as much as other, bigger companies. However, we believe that our core values may be worth the time, as well. We do not send random invitations, nor do we /shout for recruitment. We desire our members to join us of their own will and intent.

Oh, and you don't have to be a miqo'te to join. :3

Actually, most of us aren't even miqo'te. T_T But we're a casual, social FC that's on at varying hours of the day with helpful people!
We may be small, but we have big hearts and big dreams. Meow!
