tbh, tank swaps are pretty much the only hard thing with being a tank. You need two people to know when it's got to happen, be watching, and execute the swap correctly. If you're on a voice chat with your other tank, it's trivial. With pugs, or newbies to the fight, not so much.

I don't love that difficulty in this game is often about knowing every detail of what the enemy will throw at you, and how to circumvent it. Feels like the game is "Nintendo Hard", rather than requiring skill at the game in uncertainty. Facerolling doesn't go well for players. Even if I'm good, I have to watch videos before every new dungeon or trial so that I don't cause a wipe, and then have to play with pissed off pugs because I don't know how to win. I can't just experience the MSQ firsthand; I'm required to spoil myself.
