    Refresh/Tactician should be used predominantly to dump hate.

    Remember! Nothing's worse than holding onto a hate dump. Your tanks want to be able to do damage as well as hold hate, so make sure to dump hate as often as you can!

    I've done it plenty of times already. Pulling off a tank, that is.

    I overlooked the enmity halving part of those skills, but I wouldn't just frivolously use them thanks to the 180 sec CD. (I do think that's a bit too long. 120 would be a nice compromise.)
