It's funny you say that. I am now reminded of a tree in Amdapor Keep (normal) that people used to climb during the first boss fight. Healers got enmity on the golems, who couldn't reach them in the tree. Ofc that tree has since been made unscalable for reasons completely unrelated to salty's not being good enough to climb it, but it sure was fun to see an angry golem powerless to hit you,lol
Rather than dump the jump puzzles I'd rather they invest some time in fixing jumping. The only reason I do the sightseeing log is to get access to the paintings. With all of the newer ones being in sepia I really don't care about skipping a few and avoid the frustration of the poor jump mechanics.

Its really not that hard. Not only that - its an optional part of the game. Stop complaining and practice if you are that bad.
You make it look like this tower puzzle is harder than o4s. But personally I love this puzzle, and as for savage content - it's non-existant for me, cos I have no skill nor motivation for it. And yet I had enough motivation and skill for Kugane tower... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I actually prefer this puzzle, hard as it was for me, to the sightseeing entries where we have to match up time and weather as well as successfully making the jump.
You could always abuse the marriage warp to get up there.

Yeeeeeeeep, and double on it those were needed to get to for stat boosts and required. At least the sightseeing log is pure optional.
I still remember the one in Tattoine where you had to wait as long as about an hour and a half for this moving platform to circle the zone to get to the one spot where it could be jumped on, Miss it and its another long wait for it to come back. Make the jump and take a 30 minute ride to the holocron spot and PRAY you make the jump to it.
Well, TS surely did not come from GW2. If there's anything I miss about GW2, it's their jumping puzzles, especially the ones in Straits of Devastation.
