Question regarding transfer bonuses

If you transfer from a standard world to a preferred one. Say from Adamantoise to Zalera. Do you still get the rewards? Estate refunds, extra exp, etc?

I believe that the bonuses are only for people that transfer from congested servers since Adamantoise is considered standard world I don't think you would qualify for the transfer perks.

That's correct. You will qualify if you a) transfer off a high populated server (in their terms congested) to a designated or new world, or b) if you create a new character on either new or designated world.

If you transfer off an standard server to designated or new world, this doesn't apply, nor does anybody qualify that would transfer from an designated/new world to over populated or standard. If you still plan on transferring, you might have to pay for the transfer, after that you will be unable to transfer for 3-4 days. If your server should fall under the free transfer category, you will be unable to transfer back or somewhere else for the next 90 days, so be mindful when choosing that option.
