i main job a conjurer, this patch has made the conjurer and thaumaturge jobs stupid and have no structure in it at all anymore.
almost all my spells are gone, which isnt that big of a deal but for some reason the devs thought it was a good idea to split up the elemental spells between the 2 mage jobs? that doesnt make sense. i thought they wanted to have more class uniqueness in this patch. all i see is that both mage jobs are going to be severely ruined in this game and thats the plan.
also the biggest thing that annoys me is that some of the elemental spells are AOE while others arent? thats stupid, that just forces me to be limited to only a certain amount of spells i can use. now i can almost never use fire and aero unless i want to get destroyed by multiple monsters, but stone, thunder, and blizzard are fine? theres just no structure in it anymore, whats the design choice behind that?
how did you guys seriously sit down and say this is a good idea?
if your going to have elemental spells, make them all the same with maybe there own unique side effect like aero has, or stonera has, but dont make it AOE on some and not on others. and make one job learn them all, since thaumaturge is gonna be the BLM just give all the elemental spells to them, at least it makes more sense.
and what happend to the AOE cure, why can i only learn that at 46? you guys dont think thats alittle high?
and again what was the design choice behind not being able to unequip actions from your job? there are plenty of actions i have that i dont care for and dont want equiped but now i have to toss them in the corner of my third action bar because i dont want to use them, why should i have to do this?
i have been behind you guys since the beginning, in full support of what you've been doing and how you've been improving the game based on what the comunity wants, but you just keep making very poor decisions recently and i really dont understand why. just like how you guys are going to ruin the summoner job. if you dont summon primals, what are you supposed to summon?? elementals? sorry not interested. why would i care that i can summon the same character model with a color texture variation. and if its some monster that we fight all the time, that makes it even worse. might as well make it a beastmaster.
i just dont understand how you can belittle an iconic FF job like that. it would make sense if a small team of SUMMONERS had to get together to summon a primal but not just random jobs can get together to summon one. thats how i know you are going to ruin the one job i have been waiting for since the beginning and now i know mages are going to go down the drain too, unless you tell me otherwise, i see no reason to stay.
which is highly disapointing because i had high hopes for this game
i would love to hear back, because after all the posts i've made about specific issues i have never herd back from the devs, or herd that what i was saying has even reached the devs.
