There seems to be an inactive Free Company on my World, Balmung, which has but three members, no estate and what appears to be no real activity. I cannot seem to get a hole of any of the remaining members to ask them, but I would really like to use the name.

Is there anything that can be done short of hoping that I can catch one of them online and ask for the name change?
