Into the Dark (Limsa Lominsa) History Bug

Once the quest is completed nothing comes up in the history box. I thought it was lag at first but after checking my other Maelstrom quests that's the only one that doesn't give me text.

Date & Time:
Date and time of when you completed the quest. Please be sure to state the time zone of your region. (Example: Pacific Time = PST/PDT)

Physical Level:
Physical level of your character when the issue occurred.

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
*Please try to include the following details.
•What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)
•Please do your best to write using official terms for item names and action names. Please avoid any abbreviations or improper terms.
•If you were using macro commands when the issue occurred, please include the details of the command.
•In case the error message appeared when the issue occurred, please include what the message said.

Sorry for the late response, but it's not an issue on my side. I can bring up the history text of Into the Dark (Ul'Dah) without a problem, but not for the Limsa branch.

Otherwise, the development team may not be able to properly replicate the scenario that you are describing and possibly find the source of the trouble that you are experiencing. Bringing this thread up since something similar is happening to me now.

ISP: Comcast
Type of Internet Connection: Cable Modem
Internet Connection Speed: 15mbps download
Date & Time: First noticed December 8 2011 approximately 8PM Eastern
Frequency: every time I check my quest log
Character Name: Cydori Silvertide
Race: Hyur Midlander Female
World: Mysidia
Class/Skill Rank: Lancer 45 (also shows up on other jobs when checking quest log)
Physical Level: n/a
Area and Coordinates: initially found in Owl's Nest, Coerthas Eastern Lowlands (in the 63, 34 to 63, 35 range), but true in all areas when checking quest log
Party or Solo: solo
NPC Name: don't remember and can't look it up since I don't have the quest history any more, but she was in an instance
Monster Name: n/a
In-Game Time: all times
Steps:
1. I have reached the point in Into the Dark (Limsa Lominsa) where I picked up the Faces of Mercy Medallion from an NPC in an instance in Owl's Nest.
2. When I go to check the current step and quest history for Into the Dark (Limsa Lominsa) in my quest journal, both are empty. The map will show the location of where I need to go next, but there is no current step or quest history text at all. Quest history text was working until I entered the instance and picked up the medallion.

At first I thought this was due to lag since that will sometimes cause quest history text to take a while to load, but it seems to be consistently empty. I have checked in different locations on different days and still have the empty quest log. I can proceed with the quest since the map shows me the next NPC, but I do like having the quest history and current step available.

Actually, you can go ahead and disregard my request, as something in patch 1.20 has corrected it. I'm seeing quest history now.
