Way to have different glam for two jobs that use the same gear?

So, this has really bugged me. In particular, I have AST and SCH, and RDM and SMN. They use the same gear, but I want them to have different glams. If I have my heal set glammed for AST, and I equip it to SCH, it looks the same. If I glam the heal set to SCH, which has job specific peices, then it looks quite mismatched. Furthermore, I can't just have two sets of the same gear since it's unique, unless I craft it myself (or really have it crafted for me). Even then, that's far from optimal since it would be expensive.

Is there any way to have two different glams for the same role -- one glam for each of two jobs?

what i did in hw and plan to do in sb is keep a chest piece very close to the main ilvl as my highest piece , and i just glam that the only times the highest absolute ilvl matters if when u are doing raids or trails and if u want the exp dungeon. but in all other roulette u can where the lower geared chest piece thats what I do

Right. The problem is that I do run expert and I plan on raiding.

It's a pretty frequent request that they change this, and let us glamour different jobs separately without having to sacrifice iLvl to do it. Even for those who play casually enough to get away with the second-best gear workaround, it gets frustrating.

and thats when you wear ur highest piece but for all other content you wear a different chest piece , in the highest content always wear the best gear but stuff like leveling roullete and all that it isnt needed
