Open up the World part 2-Ability to access non-instanced versions of certain dungeons

Once cleared, players would enjoy entering non-instanced versions of dungeons as zones. Some zones have multiple versions, but for simplicity one would have to be THE non-instanced zone.

Why? Because FFXIV is a beautiful game, and some players want to look around areas without being rushed under duty. Another reason is because of lore related interactive items. For example, there are notes lying around a number of dungeons. Some players such as myself would love to read these things without becoming a party burden

This should only be done for instances that make sense. For example, for Garlean zones like Praetorium or the various Castrums, perhaps being allowed inside again doesn't make sense. Kugane Castle is also wouldn't make much sense to access except while in a duty. However, for most places, it would make sense that we would be able to visit mobless non instanced versions of them, or even travel through the Coerthas lowlands again, which is PvP only now.
