I like weekly lockouts and tomestome caps: I positively want to be done with character upgrades, so I can focus on other things (within the game or without).

For that reason I'd be against wow-style infinitely repeatable dungeon content. However, genuinely difficult dungeon content (with primarily cosmetic rewards) would be a nice addition. I've always liked small party content (another reason I moved to ffxiv - 8 person suits me much better than 20).
I didn't intend the removal of tomes/weekly lockout. I simply said it would be nice for OTHER options other than just those 2, which I included examples in my post. I just wanted other gear outlets, the current endgame only really leaves 2 outlets for most people and some people 3. You either tome, raid, or craft... And even then crafting gears lifespan is very short lived and not worth buying cause as you progress you are upgrading to tome gear. Another reason I said crafting needs help and the integration is not working unless you feel like dropping M on gear for a month of lifespan or crafting it yourself. Most people only consider 2 options, raid or tomes. Why can't we have more options? Upgrade dungeon gear, Augment/synergize crafting gear, Forced POP hard boss spawns that drop diadem styled gear. I feel like I'm just repeating myself but it never hurts to have more options at endgame but the vertical progression here is pretty rough...
