An option to report AFK/leavers in PVP

This is a pretty common solution in most games that there is an option to report afk/leavers and to also to penalize them in some type of way(like in wait time or make them unable to queue for a certain amount of time). This should discourage players from afk/leaving in matches. If the player is reported by a certain number of players within that match, that player should be kicked automatically. There should not be a "timer" or "cooldown" for this feature either(meaning you can kick two afkers simultaneously instead of having to wait to kick the 2nd person).

Yes AFKers are a big problem. There are so many of them now. We could probably police this ourselves without much trouble, but the tools are no good for the community to do this.

What we need are:
1) Remove the kick timer. Only being able to kick one person every 4 hours prevents us from getting rid of AFKers since they are there every match.
2) Drop the timer to initiate a kick down to 2 or 3 minutes so we can get rid of them faster.
3) Add a 10 minute timer where they can't use DF after being kicked.

I think adding these 3 things would fix frontlines.
