If you Nerf RDM than there will be no point to bringing a caster this raiding tier. BLM needs to be buffed and this would make SMN more appealing. RDM would still be paired with melee groups and BLM with a SMN. SMN problem is not damage per say, they need a rework which won't happen - their kit is all screwed up and not worth writing all its flaws on a thread that won't get any attention from SE.
