BLM needs some love and RDM needs a nerf

Or lower triple and leyline recasts if theyre afraid of potency increases.

If this makes blm faster artificially increasing their pps by virtue of speed im sure theyd be finally put in a good position.

I think triplecast is at 90 seconds and swift cast is at 30 seconds. If they lowered triplecast to 45 seconds, I think that would be a good spot for it.
