BLM needs some love and RDM needs a nerf

Man, how ridiculous (and ultimately infuriating) would it be if Leylines gave the same bonus to your caster allies?

Utility, but then all those mechanics get centered on our safe space.

Or have Leylines be a 25y buff to everyone but bring down the potency of the GCD reduction, think AOE Arrow. Don't know how OP that would be but it's one way to go about it.

Personally I would prefer that SE does not give us utility and instead just model BLM like what they did to SAM. No utility but extremely high DPS potential.
