BLM needs some love and RDM needs a nerf

unfortunately if you want to even think of nerfing RDM , give them an MP return like BLM and SMN have , we dont have our own exclusive one (if you use "you have Lucid Dreaming" then please walk away now as SMN and BLM have this as well....). RDM in a prolonged fight is at the whims of group support (putting MCH and BRDs into much needed demand). and i like how Exiled_Tonberry suggested , just buff BLM and any other jobs that are hurting. whining to nerf a job only hurts it in the long run , and your job your trying to defend to say needs to be buffed doesnt improve , it just doesnt have anything to compare it to anymore.

Unlimited resources is actually one of the main reasons I picked BLM to be my main over RDM. The other one is I like the challenge of trying to master BLM in heavy movement fights.

Blizzard IV is a straight DPS loss if you have Foul available in Umbral Ice. Getting two extra Fire IV isn't worth the cast of Blizzard IV, and it's only worthwhile when Foul isn't available.

Tried to use b4 only if foul charges in UI, with most foul usage in AF and my dps on dummy was literally same if not more.(~4200 with proper rotation, 4350 without b4, 4min runs)...

BLM = needs a HUGE buff.
RDM = needs a minor nerf.
SMN = needs a minor buff.

Yes, BLM is in need of a buff that puts him in the level of samurai, "OHHH BUT SAMURAI IS OP", no, it's not, stop it, a job that brings nothing to the table but a slashing debuff that 2 other classes already have NEEDS to deal that much damage otherwise he is just becoming HW's monk.

RDM and SMN bring around the same level of utility, and have around the same freedom to move, so they should deal almost the same damage at the end of the day.

Not to mention the fact that regarding BLM and SMN, if you miss refreshing Enochian or miss your Deathflare (boss disappear, out of body experience (new dungeon)), ...), you feel so low and useless... when RDM dont have any "timing" pressure whatsoever... (not to mention MCH wildfire...)

How are you dropping enochian, literally all you have to do is hit transpose

just by doing sth wrong, not having eye on my timer, misclicking, having the "sunsano purple beam" on my head at the wrong moment, being out of my body chased by a big claw... well, it happens sometimes... maybe not for perfect people like you

That said, transposing like that is a horrid dps loss.
You only do it to keep Foul ticking.

THIS! This thread... lots'a and I mean, lots'a QQ'ing... not sure what game you guys are playing but SMN is in a GREAT place as dps...lovin' it... now just pulled out my BLM to get it level'd up and lovin' the changes so far... both jobs now play differently than before; SMN changes/revisions took some getting use to but WOW... RDM is "nice" but not even close to the SUMMONER! too much QQ'ing.. here.
