When will the UK be getting the cloud mount promotion

Please can anyone tell me when the UK are likely to be getting the promotion that includes the cloud mount. I am tired of seeing so many NA players on Phoenix EU server zinging by on their shiney mounts for MONTHS now with no word as to when your loyal UK fan base will also enjoy these wonderful items

I imagine they are just too swamped with the new expansion, server load and whatnot and try to avoid another fiasco that would make people more pissed off (i.e. non delivery of promotion items, bad promotion set-up etc.)

Soooo basically we don't know then. It would be nice to have on the mogstation as the 3 month plus photo plus email of the last promotion was a real hassle. And that's if you could get a copy of the magazine in the first place. It would just be nice if they had sorted something before the expansion. It feels as if the UK is always left till last as an afterthought by Square
