    Change Ruin III to Ruin I when synced to a level where Ruin III is not available

    Ruin III is basically the core spell for SMN at higher levels, leading it to be bound to a easily accessed hotkey. However, at lower levels Ruin is used more than Ruin III. Instead of having players swap the two keys around when syncing lower, Ruin III should just become Ruin I when synced.

    And just in case it isn't clear. I don't mean to remove Ruin I like how Bio II replaces Bio I, I mean to change Ruin III to Ruin I when we sync to a level where Ruin III is not available.

    How would that be different from the way Bio II replaces Bio I? So you still want Ruin I to be available when Ruin III is available... but you want Ruin III to change into Ruin I when it's not? If you have to have 2 buttons anyway, what's the point?

    I don't want it to replace Ruin I, since both Ruin I and Ruin III are used at level 70. However, Ruin III is used more, so it is keybound to something like the most used hotkey. However, in lower levels when R3 is not available, R1 becomes the most used. Usually I unlock the bar and swap the two actions, but there should be no need for that. R3 should just become R1 in lower level dungeons.
