    Frequency: Always
    Character Name: Ziny Psxlover
    Race: Lalafell F
    World: Lindblum
    Class/Skill Rank: Conjurer/Thaumarge
    Area and Coordinates: -
    Party or Solo: -
    NPC Name: -
    Monster Name: -
    In-Game Time: -
    Steps:
    1. Cast a spell
    2. Wait for the cooldown to expire
    3. Cast same spell immediately after cooldown expires

    It always says "[Spell Name] cannot be used now". Seems like all the timers end a second faster than they should, or server calculates a bigger cooldown.


    Also after playing a few hours strait, some spell cooldowns stop to show at all, you cast the spell and it's "ready" to be cast again, but only get the "[Spell Name] cannot be used now" message untill the cooldown actually ends.

    this is because of the server, will be completely fixed (hopefully) when 2.0 comes out. Im mostly just spamming skills for em to proc almost :P

    ive got this problem too although it may be a bit different

    basically anything in my action bar button 1 wont show a cooldown, like, ever.

    and the cd on the other buttons show the wrong cds like 12 seconds for the 3 button and 2 seconds for the 2 button and so on, its just a mess
