Change to accuracy seems to allow the dodging of beneficial buffs

Ah, I don't care enough to use their formatting. If they can't be bothered to turn sentences into a list to track bugs for their own product why should I?

Because they get hundreds of reports a day, and they have to go through it individually, as a person. It's much easier and quicker for them to ask people submitting their reports to follow the format.

As far as this topic, I haven't seen, or heard of anything like this happening, but I wouldn't doubt it.

Was it Battle Voice? Because it will miss if the bard's currently played song is out of range of you, or they hit their Battle Voice key too soon after starting the song, as it takes a second for the song buff to appear on the party frames. Basically, if that crit buff isn't on you, it will miss you. I thought it was weird when I was leveling my bard.
