web browser not working when game is active.

ever since I down loaded the new expansion this has been happening to me. I can open the web browser but I can not click on the content in the window. I only have access to the search bar. Once I close the game every thing works fine. Any ideas??

What are your computer specs? It may be that your computer simply can't handle more than the game running at once. (don't freak out, I'm not picking on your computer)
What about your isp, do you have enough bandwidth to do both?
If you are using edge/internet explorer, don't. Get chrome or firefox.

i7, GTX 1080, 32gb g skill ram 4266. I am sure my spec should be able to handle it. I think its a program integration issue. It only happens when I launch ffxiv. I have access to the window but I can click on any of the links within the window.
