    Where is my Crysta

    Hi,

    Yesterday, I opted to pay for my subscription by crysat (3k) via ultimatepay using PayPal. I've went through the process and the money was withdrawn from my Paypal account but I got an error saying that Paypal express failed.

    Now, the money remains withdrawn and I am still missing my crysta. Is there something I should know/do beside contacting Paypal for a refund? or is there some kind of error associated with ultimatepay?

    FYI, I used the same method to purchase 500 crysta when the game first came out.
