Linking it because it's a big image. Twelve arrows around the pupil, twelve diamonds along the edge of the iris(based on their position between the arrows, for the five covered by her eyelid). Like I said, probably nothing, but it's fun to speculate.
I only remember the "resonant" part, which was literally that in Japanese (共鳴 - kyoumei), and Garland DB doesn't have dialogue for voiced scenes, so I'll go through them when I get back from work, assuming nobody beats me to it. This could be a case of P5 syndrome, where they came up with a proper noun for something that was called a lot of different things in the source language.

There is an evil ruler in the beginning who has all of his subjects, no matter where they are in the world, to pray to him every day. It is originally seen as a typical tyrannical power play, but its origin was actually benevolent. The chants original purpose hundreds of years prior was to act as a warding against their enemy trying to enter and take over their minds.
