Unfortunately you can't fix this. Since we don't get to decide how our UI elements are layered, we're at the mercy of however they're set up now. And the primary resource bars (HP/MP/TP) are at a higher layer than the job gauges.

I can't figure out why it worked at first then, or why it works for warriors.
