New to the game and curious about raids as DPS?

Remember... in this game, you can play all classes (jobs) on one character.

So, you can continue to play DRG. Try it out in endgame raids. If you have trouble finding groups to join and SE is slow to buff DRG, then you can try out as many other classes as you like in the meantime, and raid on those.

Put it this way, I successfully raided in a static as a PLD, with a DRK as the other tank in 3.0, some people would consider that completely unviable. The meta only applies to the top one % who number crunch and work out the fights mathematically, to the rest of us most comps are viable, and no job is unviable.

Thank you all for the feedback, it's been very helpful. I've really been enjoying DRG so I'm gonna stick with it unless the end-game rotations give me to much trouble since I do want to be good at the job after all.
