100% Lvl 70 1 Star Rotation and Macro

This an IMPERFECT lazy macro.

The lazier the better - love it, but seriously, that's an interesting adaption.
You've now made me now wonder what could be done with NQ Tempura added.
I'll go and take a look.

Looks good. HQ rate would be ~97% And as you close in on 1200 control it pushes up to 99%. There are some better NQ Tempura rotations in here... BUT... as I mentioned in my base post and as your rotation shows their is notable excess quality making its structure the possibility of a two star macro which HQ's most of the time. As its unlikely we'll be able to HQ two star with zero RNG.

When I am using the simulator with 1191 control I end up with 13792 / 14071 using the macro with 9 prudent touches.
What I am doing wrong? With that calculator I need 20 more control. Is this because I am not a specialist?

Need to use seafood stew HQ and it works (removes control in the first pic, have exactly the same as OP

And my cp are different, maybe because I played with that tool too much?

A +20 control / craftsmanship buff is granted by wearing a crafter's soul indeed. That seems to correspond to the difference . Also, Stroke of Genius (level 70 trait) is a trait that gets triggered automatically as a specialist, but only triggers "sometimes", as a non-specialist. So the CP reduction is not guaranteed in the case of non-specialists.

Here are my i290 white gear melds. Note the boots, pants and rings are a bit aggressive... but they were still very cheep to meld like that and will probably minimize my need to do any additional melds. I have the i290 HQ Main/offhands with 5 CP melded to them (and nothing else)

Non Specialist stats:
Craftsmanship: 1255
Control: 1144
CP: 472

Added the new recipes. 2* Synths aren't totally accurate at the moment, they are off by 1-3% atm. So any data people can provide off their crafts can help me narrow it down.
