Seriously, you never had your Hallowed Ground activated just after being killed and had to watch the cooldown running ?

I think we'll eventually figure out the proper timing, but yes, it would be a good QoL change.

I've had the same problem with Living Dead, even when i clicked it well before the hit that killed me.

At the very least, something needs to be done with the damage/enmity calculations and Dark Passenger and Quietus need to be useful.

Quietus only useful for BW MP return out of Grit. So pretty much a high risk drop Grit pop BW and Quietus in a big pull for massive MP restore and then pop Grit back on before death from incoming damage.

Kinda think DA DP > BW Quietus is the way to go.

Using TBN to get a bloodspiller is only a DPS loss if you don't pop the TBN, otherwise its a straight mp spent to potency upgrade.

It is a minor dps loss to use TBN to get off a bloodspiller. The 2400 mp is better spent on dark arts giving 140 potency to one combo over spending the same mp to get a bloodspiller when in pure dps mode. The difference is minor and assumes the shield breaks. If it doesn't break, then it is a major dps loss since you are out the mp and the blood.

Even better would be if bloodspiller was off the gcd. Then bloodspiller generated by any means would be a dps gain. And would mean we would prioritize shield usage whenever it was up. But it's not and they probably won't make that change.

They'd probably make it weaker than Carve and Spit in that case.

Yes, I am glad most get this but there seem to be some people that don't want this for whatever reason. Bloodspiller absolutely needs to be oGCD.

Making Bloodspiller oGCD is a solution, but like Kabooa said, then SE would probably make it weaker than C&S. Or make Carve and Spit only have its non-Dark-Art Effect.

Having Bloodspiller on GCD also means we have no recast time, and that's something really awesome. I mean, I love the new Delirium for exemple, but the 2mn cd feels soooo long. Even if the CD is something like 30 sec, it would still have cases where we want to use Bloodspiller, but snap, it's not up yet, meaning we may have no way to dump our blood at moments(or only by Quietus...), which would, at term, maybe be a form of DPS loss. (speculation here, I'm not a real theorycrafter, nor good at calcul period)

For all those reasons I am on the side of having Bloodspiller stay on GCD. It's mostly fine right now, the DPS loss when using TBN out of grit is so minor we basically ignore it because of the utility of TBN (when the shield is pop, of course).Yes, a little tweaking could improve it drastically whitout affecting the balance too much, but I don't think it should be the priority. Making Dark Passenger great again and improve blood price MP generation is much more important right now.

Just leave the recast time the same as it is now. Currently at 2.36s due to my SKS.
