Due to the confusion over what is possible, and what is, I have decided to make a comprehensive list of what the tribes wear, what is a possible combination, what isn't, and how to obtain it. I hope that this will help roleplayers. Feel free to help submit, and correct information.

After I'm finished, I will work on a Raen encyclopedia.

Adarkhim

Hat: Koppranickel turban of Striking, in bone white.
Robe: Custom colored nomad robe of fending.
Shoes: Unknown
Gloves: Eikon Gloves of Healing
Can the player wear it?: Nope.

Buduga

Top: Shisui Set Top
Pants: Shisui Bottoms
Gloves: Some form of nomads gloves.
Boots: Unknown
Can the player wear it?: Nope. None of the sets are dyable, and there is none in this color.
Suggestion: Any of the darker sets of Shisui gear would probably be okay. Caster or Tank would look best.
Baduga Kahn

Pants: Hempen underwear set.
Top: Southern Seas Amulet
Gloves: Woad Skydruids Gloves of Healing
Shoes: Hemiskin open toe boots of healing.
Hat: Unknown
Can the player wear it?: Maybe.

Dotharl

Ghost Barque set (DRG)/Bloodhempen set (Caster/Healer) in ink blue.

Kha

She is wearing the Nomads casting set. Kha players are lucky, because this set is straight forward, and easy to obtain. A bow is not possible with the outfit, but you can wear it.
Standard Mol Tribe Member

Appears to be wearing the Kudzu of gathering robe, Nomads striking gloves, nomads healer hat, and kudzu boots. You cannot wear all of it, but you can however get by without a hat or gloves. Some of the npcs can be seen without their hats, so fret not. You might also be able to get by with your own rings. I did not include any pictures of the ones wearing hats.
Mol Spear fisher

The look is almost completely possible, but the sandles are unknown. You just need the nomads striking pants, a hempen top in dalamud red, and your nomads gloves of striking. The spear is obviously not possible, but at least you can wear the outfit.
Mol Khan

She appears to be wearing the Nomads healing robe, and shoes. Her look is possible.
Orinir

Top: Kudzu of gathering in honey yellow.
Pants: They appear to be wearing shorts under their robes. I checked. I just don't know exactly what it is. It wouldn't matter unless you were to ERP lol.
Shoes: Unknown sandles. Sadly I could not find anything like the shoes that they are wearing. The eastern Journey shoes, and the Au Ra racial shoes are the best fit, unless we can find them! They might not be available at all though.
Gloves: Claws of the Beast in Metallic Gold.
Hat: Thavnarian Turban in honey yellow.
Qestir

The robe appears to be the Kudzu of Crafting in an unknown pink. I am afraid to say that I don't think the mask is possible, but I am looking. I hope I'm wrong. The shoes, and gloves appear to be the ones that come with the set.
Uyagir

This appears to be the thaliaks robe of healing, hemiskin Open-toe Boots of Healing, and BRD/MCH lore gloves. The outfit can't be recreated. The color is unknown.

Adarkhim's gloves are the Eikon Cloth Sleeves of Healing, his top is a custom colored Nomad's Coat of Fending.

The Baduga Kahn's gloves are the Woad Skydruid's Armlets and his shoes are Hemiskin Open-toe Boots of Healing. Not sure about his headgear, but the rest of his look could be worn by a male Au Ra healer.

Dotharl are in the Ghost Barque set (DRG)/Bloodhempen set (Caster/Healer)

I believe the Qestir's mask is a MNK/SAM face piece but I'm not online and can't check x-x

The Uyagir's shoes are again the Hemiskin Open-toe Boots of Healing and the gloves are the BRD/MCH lore gloves. Can't recreate the outfit.

The Olkhund, Ura, and Uragashi also show up in the FATEs all around the Steppes. As for the Hotgo from Alexander flashback, it's debatable if those are the tribal colors, since they are so far from home. The Qerel also appear in the WAR questline, but their gear appears to be the WAR AF2.

So far, I have 22 tribes, including Qerel and Hotgo even if we haven't their official outfit : Adarkim, Bolir, Buguda, Khatayin, Olkund, Dazkar, Oronir, Ugund, Uyagir, Dotharl, Hotgo, Kahkol, Kha, Mol, Gesi, Goro, Dataq, Ura, Himaa, Qestir, Gharl and Qerel (yeah I spent hours tracking every fate to find all of them)
If you want, I can translate it and share it here, maybe it can help for your guide. And if someone found other tribes, I would glady complete it.

Oh, and I wonder if it's a translation mistake, but I have 2 outfits for the Ura tribe : one from the fates and one from npc in the town.

The Qestir mask is the High Allagan mask for casting/aiming. Don't know if it exists for other classes, but those two definitely have it.

They are the Replica versions as the Qestir masks are not the default colors. However, yes, they are limited to Ranged and Casters only.
