I have not played the game since PS3: FFXIV: ARR. I have gotten back into it due to a friend. I did the 14 day free trial on my PS4 and decided I would buy the "Complete Edition" for it. I did so (Physical) and followed the instructions. Then I got to the part where I had to "Upgrade" my account from the PS3 version to the PS4. It gave me a code which I assumed I needed to enter in the PSN store. I did and it brought up FFXIV: ARR. I assume that this is to get the PS4 edition of it? Well I did and the PSN store states that I already have the game? So I thought situation resolved. I go back and start Stormblood back up. Get to the log-in screen, try to log in and it states that I must turn off the game, restart it and go to "ACCOUNT" to confirm PS4 Upgrade. I did and it gave me the code again.

Long story short despite the MOG station stating that my service account has all three expansions purchased for the PS4, whenever I try to log in it states that I need to upgrade my account. But when I do it states that it's done but obviously not because I am unable to play the game that I bought and the system even says that I own.
