Materia Melding/Stat Investment Priority for Monk (Stormblood)

While I'm not quite 70 yet, I've been hoarding all the materia that comes my way so I'd be ready for level 70. The question I've gotten since I started hoarding, however, is what to prioritize.
While Determination is important for all classes, Crit seems more important than ever for Monks, thanks to Deep Meditation.
I've seen and heard suggestions that Skill Speed might also be a worthwhile investment to some extent, in order to offset Riddle of Fire's weaponskill recast time increase.
Lastly, I've heard that Deep Meditation can also function off of Direct Hits in addition to Critical Hits, but this I'm much less certain about (some clarification on this might be nice, if anyone could.)
So, can anyone help a brother out? What should be my priority list for 4.X?

I'm no expert on stat number crunching, but I do main monk and have played a good amount at level 70. From my experience so far, you can never have enough crit. Seeing as Deep Meditation isn't even a guarantee on crits, you need to have RNG on your side as much as possible, by critting as often as possible. I'd prioritize Crit > Direct Hit > Det/SS. There's enough skillspeed on current gear to where the slow on RoF isn't so severe, and when even Snap Punches can "Direct Crit" for over 10k under RoF, you want to up the chances of those situations happening. Heck, even my auto-attacks under RoF can hit upwards of 6k.

Also, to your question about Deep Meditation and direct hits: no, it doesn't, as nice as that would be. The tooltip specifically says on crits, and I've direct-hit enough times that I would've seen a chakra gain on one at some point if it were possible

Thanks for the help! I'd figured that the Direct Hit chakra rumor wasn't true, but I wanted to be certain. And thank you for the suggestion! I had figured that Crit would be the most valuable, but I wanted to be certain.

well I did Crit so i could get more crits to help with Mnk RNG DPS, and then I did Skill Speed so I can attack faster to get more crits (and make riddle of fire seem less painful) to also help with Mnk RNG DPS
