So...apparently Photobucket requires a $400 yearly subscription to allow third-party hosting. I'm pretty crushed, after all of the time and experimenting it took to get the screenshot just right... My entry was on page 61, timestamped 07-05-2017 08:16 PM.

I'm sure it won't be counted now. I can't edit the post to update the URL, and submissions are closed. Posting it here with the smallest sliver of hope, but...I'm sure it won't amount to anything...

WOW, Photobucket charges now? Granted I haven't used it in roughly 10 years, but DANG.

I know it won't help this time, but I suggest Imgur. That's what a lot of folks (including myself) are using to do this, and it is free.

Yeah. I've used Photobucket since I was a kid, she I've stuck with it up until now. Apparently the change was implemented during the contest. So, yeah. FML.

As a bit of feedback -- bbs have had image upload functionality since the early 2000's. I get not wanting to host images locally but for these contests, you can grant special permissions to allow uploads to said threads and not the general boards, to avoid these issues moving forward. I was thankful I went with Imgur for the contest. Good luck to all and I hope they got to see/judge your images before they went down .
