I went through my TV's menu settings and the only option that seemed relevant was under Advanced Video > Aspect Ratio, which I am able to change from "Normal" to "Wide", but it has no discernible effect. I also have the option "Overscan", but that just makes even more of the display go off-screen.

FWIW, I haven't changed any settings on my TV ever, but this problem started occurring all of the sudden with FFXIV. No other games I have installed have the same issue-- for example, I tried launching Mafia III and putting it in 1280x720 resolution, and it worked just fine, no parts of the display were off-screen and mouse cursor was accurate.

I've also tried it on a different TV and the same issue occurs, leading me to believe it's either an issue with FFXIV or an option in Windows.

My NVIDIA GTX 670 has all its drivers up to date.
