Need help with the item: Tales of Adventure (ARR/HW)

Well, I've been playing this new account since I couldn't get back to my old account, and today I decided that it might be a good idea to buy the MSQ jump item on the Mogstation.

I already completed ARR MSQ and just got into Ishgard, but my question is: Can I use the item even if my character is not lvl 60 yet? (lvl 55 SAM atm) Do I need to lvl up my char to 60 first and then use the item, or I can use it at any moment?

I know that I won't be able to play SB till I reach 60, but just curious since I don't want to waste money on the item and not being able to use it for some reason.
Anyone that bought the MSQ jump want to share how it went?

Yes you can use it if you aren't level 60 I used mine on a new alt at lvl 1. You just won't get any experience or quest rewards you'd normally get by actually doing the quests
