    Got random blackout -.- Game is Re-downloading....

    So I was playing and randomly I had a random blackout and energy got cut for few seconds -.- I loaded the game - Login and suddenl I have to download a 22GB huge patch!! =_= wich takes aaaages for mee... 900mins... Is that normal...? Do I really have to wait or can i Fix that..? Im palying on PS4. Never had such issue in PS3! >_< EDIT: My freezer is to blame for the black out >-> its 15years old It had to broke and/or causing issues sooner or later.

    Could be the blackout caused your PS to delete/lose some of the data needed for the game?.
    Not really sure but .. can you run a repair of some kind? ( on the ffxiv files )

    It a known issue, I remember somewhere here on the forums SE posted about it and said they working on fixing it so won't happen. It happens when after SB released due to improper shutdown.

    It a new issue that came with SB otherwise PS4 has not had any issues like this since it release either afaik.

    I can confirm, been on a ps4 for 3 years and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. Also I live in a place where power outages are fairly common and never had this happen until SB dropped.

    Would that be a use to set PS4 in Rest mode if Im not using it? >.> Will that Game still run or will it download 23gb again? Also I noticed on DLC section PSN is acting I havent bought Stormblood <.< Wich I have! Right from PSN!

    Yes you can use rest mode. I have been to avoid the redownload.
