Steps:
1. Go to Configuration -> Keyboard and set Page Up as a shortcut to any command
2. Try using Ctrl + Page Up or Shift + Page Up in another command

Says "Unable to map. That key is already being used.". You can use any of the three but only one of them, while with Page Down you can set all three (Page Down Ctrl + Page Down and Shift + Page Down) at different commands.

Same thing happens with Insert and Home keys
