It's not an oversight. At Fan Fest they were asked the exact same thing and explained that it would make coordination complicated (which it would; it's common to sync things up to ET on my server and making PFs where you aren't sure which in-game region people are in would be a real headache, especially as the map expands). I already have to calculate a time difference from my real world timezone for a lot of activities in the game. Surely just pretend it takes a few hours to travel there each time or something and tune out the already-immersion-breaking ET clock in the corner of the screen. Job done.

It ticks me off a bit that things are described as 'lazy' so easily nowadays when it wouldn't have taken long to do anyway and multiple sources have had them explain why they actively chose to do something one way or another. Companies make bad decisions, sure. Rushed content, there's plenty. Mistakes? Yep, we get those too. But lazy? This team is anything but lazy.
