Something wrong with my THM....

I don't see any recast timers become activated after using an offensive spell like Fire, Fira, etc. Also, when I use Blizzara, is it supposed to act like a weapon skill? It has no cast time and no casting animation. My THM just slaps the target with Bizzara, lol....and sometimes Blizzara doesn't seem to cast at all after I use it.

Blizzara is a player-centered AoE spell. Walk in between a bunch of mobs and click it, it'll hit all the ones in a circle around you. For the timers, log out, relog back in.
