Issues: 601 error code

Troubleshooting : called bank and verified all info and no issued on there . Bought a movie on Vudu with same card after numerous attempts of using card to renew ff account . Bought an item off amazon with same card after numerous attempts to renew ff account.

I would like help with this . I have looked at old threads and did all of the actiom items listed including different browsers , turn off anti virus and even using a diffrent card. The issue is obviously on SE end cause ihave done all i can on my end . Dont copout and tell me to contact support cause i have and when i was next in que .They responded with,''sorry there is nothing we can do '' any proceeded to close the window on there end!! If this is what i can expect as a customer then i will go elsewhere and let people know what to expect fromSEwhen there is an issue . I like FF SB but i will disown it if this is what your Customer service is about
