In Mist when using Glare on the DX11 client, flickering appears on walls surrounding water(mostly).

A few friends on my FC have confirmed this issue.

Reproduce:
1) Enable DX11
2) Enable Glare
3) Go to the area where the video is.




Shadow cascading is of a whole new level of flickering on DX11.

This is especially noticeable in The Ruby Seas during full sunlight. It's really really bad.

This happens in pretty much all big areas and thoroughly noticeable especially when flying in areas.

To reproduce:
1) Enable DX11 client
2) Enable Shadow Cascading to Best
3) Go to Ruby Seas during full daytime/sunlight, fly high and look over the mountains while moving the camera around.

Both issues are not reproducible on DX9.
