Pod leveling questions

With storm bloods real release, for the pld class they don't need to cross train any more. Is it worth to cross train the job or is it pointless? Am I missing anything by not cross training?

Do you like to play the second class/job?

If yes: Level it and play it.

If no: Don't Level it.

There is no further gain in leveling additional classes/jobs outside of another class/job you can play.

With Stormblood the Cross-Class-Skills you got by leveling another specific class/job are gone.
In exchange we got the Role-Skills which are unlocking by just leveling your class/job they are for.

This only applies for DoW/DoM and not for DoH and DoL.

DOW=Disciples of War (all the fighting. Some are ranged like Bard, others are melee like Monk or Paladin)
DOM= Disciples of Magic ( the fighting jobs that mostly cast spells like black mage, white mage and summoner)
DOH= Disciples of the hand (the crafting jobs like alchemist, goldsmith, etc)
DOL= Disciples of the Land (the gathering jobs Botany, mining, fishing)
