No option to re-edit my character after using Fantasia.

Steps:
1. Use fantasia from inventory, sparklies ensue.
2. Get naked to re-edit character.
3. Log out to character select.
4. See that there is no option to edit my character's looks located anywhere.
5. wait.
6 Still no option (3 days later).
7. Buy new fantasia, use, get told one waiting to be used on character.
8. back to character screen, no option to edit my characters looks.
9. Despair.
