    Provoke

    It looks like as of 1.20 Provoke has an added effect of lowering the target's attack. However, the help text does not reflect this. It simply reads "Increases target's enmity."

    That's because by itself, provoke doesn't lower attack. Only when coupled with the MRD trait does it do that.
