When the issues with Pippin/Raubahn were occurring the NA Data servers, my friends and I decided to go to Omega. No where in the transfer process did it says this was a EU data center and no where did it say I would be stuck for 90 days.

I've logged into web chat support 8 minutes after opening with my position in line to be helped be removed when your Close Of Days ended. I was 14th in line that day when I joined and was not helped..... the entire day......

I called your support line, waited on hold for over 2 hours. All for the customer service representative to tell me to contact a GM.

So I contacted a GM Now(oh by the way this is my fifth ticket before the GM and I finally talked, which has been ongoing for 4 days now). Here goes my discussion with this individual.
