No option to re-edit my character after using Fantasia.

Yo,

As the Title stated I have not got the option to re-edit my character after using the Fantasia. I bought one, three days ago now and still don't have the option.


Stupidly and impatiently I guess I bought another one thinking I might have thrown it out, but when I went to use the NEW one I bought I got an error in chat telling me I need to re-edit my character before I can use this one. However this is rather hard, as I do not have the option to.


Could I:
A) Have the fantasia refunded to my characters inventory? So I can try it again.
B) Be given the option to edit my character on the server menu...

You have to make sure that you unequip everything except the weapon. Then log out and there will be an option next to the character name to.

Thank's for trying to help, but this is not the issue I am having. The problem I'm having is that option isn't there, like in the picture I posted there is no indicator or option to choose to change my appearance). So even if I was wearing something it would have an option that would just error out telling me I need to unequip everything first. :c

I took this to customer support but they told me to come to forums for this... Doesn't make any sense to me, as it's something that other players without GM powers can't do anything about.
