Got online no less than ten minutes. Ques are down to 200, though people are still going right back to AFK bypassing, it's not as bad. I guess it really was our servers fault.

Dont forget that the instance servers for housing, personal chambers, duty instances and all manner of other transient instances are shared across the data center, so although Balmung is a large server, it's not just players from Balmung that are to blame.
