Got online no less than ten minutes. Ques are down to 200, though people are still going right back to AFK bypassing, it's not as bad. I guess it really was our servers fault.

That just boggles my mind. People are logging in and using the AFK trick minutes after, so they're OBVIOUSLY there. They pay a subscription fee, but they don't play the game???
Oh that isn't very surprising. Most I assume either do that because they plan on playing later and don't want to deal with the que or just sit around until someone outside of FF tells them they need something.
I'm shocked. Not really.
I feel bad for a lot of friends who left.
I got some who said they kinda regret moving since they found the new workaround.
If only they did this first? But still, at least we're trimming down Balmung and a bit of Greg.
You might have logged in early like me. When I changed to my alt a few min later queue was at 2000 plus
Delete Balmung
2000 plus but the rate is faster/back to normal pre afk. About 100 a min. Not bad
Once word spread about what the downtime was for on diablos people started sharing workarounds to each other on shout chat. So now people are much more informed on how to afk forever and spiteful enough to do it. I think it's hilarious.
Make bypassing to log out a punishable offense, with up to 48 hours of ban time. Also patch up the forced log out, to also include crafting, and npcs until 4.1. If people complain SE should just tell people to follow the rules.
