Anyone have a SMN opener for Exdeath Savage?

My static and I have been practicing dealt scape 4 savage and we're getting close to getting ex death to 60% but were still not there. I had issues with my DPS in raid at first but after a few posts I tend to get anywhere from 3400-3800 on 1-3 depending on how bad I screw up or have to rez someone. My biggest issue with this fight is there are moments when he goes off the map to do something and that really screws with my rotations. I do the traditional opener, http://ffxivrotations.com/tg3, but when I get to my 2nd DWT I am using death flare right away so I can fit bahamut in before the first decisive battle. If I can get him out before/during fire 3's I can get 2 ahk mourns just after white hole. But I don't have aetherflow for this so I am missing out on extra Wyrm Weaves. I don't want to use bahamut without aetherflow stacks but with all the mechanics in this fight I find myself sitting on CD's because he isn't back on the map. Also trying to do your DWT while dodging black holes makes it difficult to get the full value. We are getting Ex Death to about 63% but we still have 1-2 people die to one of the black hole phases. We still working on that but I don't want to feel like the weak link because of the phases.
