DID NOT GET GOLD FEATHERS FROM TRANSFERRING TO LOUISOIX

I transferred from Leviathan to Louisoix, and haven't been mailed any Gold Chocobo feathers.

I believe I am supposed to get 10.

Leviathan was never listed as a congested world, so I'm guessing you're out of luck.

its not a congested world bonus, its a transfer to new world bonus

KingMeteo is correct. If you transfer from a congested world to preferred, you would get 10 gold feathers. If you transfer to a new world, you get 10 gold feathers. If you create a new character on a preferred or new world, you get 10 silver feathers.

Note that transferring from a congested world to a new world is not listed since transfer to a new world would count as that counts for all. So, yes, he should have gotten those.

As for the feathers, they are placed into the inventory and not sent in mail. Double check that as many thought they would get them in the mail.
