Key doesn't work

I use International-US keyboard layout, and any punctuation used for combos no longer shows in the client. For example ~ ^ ` ' " which I use for umlauts ä ö ü since I am living in Germany. I used to be able to type them, but not anymore and I was hoping this patch would of fixed it. It's a little annoying when I try to use an apostrophe and my words come out "were", "its", "Im", when I really typing "we're", "it's", "I'm".

The Problem has been since 1.19 I think. SE should have heard of it by now.
But I don't think it is anywhere on their priority list with things to fix :P

I guess I'll just keep ^^ on my Ctrl+C then during playtime..

You can also enter it with the Unicode. Try Alt+94 (on the Numpad with Numlock enabled). Or make a macro ^^. I think japanese input layout and shift+6 might also work. Havn't tried that yet though.
