Reason tank DPS stat was changed to STR

but if you buff the scale of STR to damage that will make i270 accs last even longer since it give tank more STR than any tier 6 materia meld VIT accs

I believe I mentioned that in the parentheses... I was just shocked no one tried that suggesting something so stupid yet.
